Electric service to a majority of Xcel Energy customers in the Viroqua area will be temporarily interrupted from 5:30 to 6 a.m. Thursday, July 3.

In the event of severe weather, the 30-minute outage will be rescheduled to begin at 5:30 a.m. Thursday, July 10.

This outage is required to make repairs to the area’s electrical equipment, to ensure safe and reliable power. The outage time may be shorter or longer depending on working conditions.
